Hi.. I have got offer from Mindtree. Base location is Pune. Currently I am based in Mumbai and no plans to shift to Pune.
During my interview, I mentioned I would be looking more for work from home and if something required, can travel few a times from mumbai to pune. After telling this, I was skeptical whether I will get offer letter or not because which management will like to have such limitation of resource before hiring.
After knowing this limitation,they went ahead & offered me the role.
