Deloitte has PTO accrual
:(
I’d say go with public clients. Better skill set
EY Louisville audit has about double the headcount of Deloitte Louisville aka probably also more clients/options of what to work on
I’d go w/ EY, but know kpmg has pretty good restaurant clients there
Public - more exposure to bigger clients, get to see controls
Private - smaller, probably see and work on more audit areas (you’ll often in charge as a second year)
Deloitte Louisville audit is a smaller office, however, it’s a 5 office audit cluster, I.e. if there is a need for a staff from Columbia, Cincinnati or Indianapolis, you can get picked. Also there are public clients at all of the 5 locations. Louisville office definitely has at least one big public engagement that I am aware off.
What does a satellite office mean in this context?
Do you know more current employees at either?
If not I’d go EY unless Deloitte recruits heavily from your school
Deloitte
You sure Deloitte only has private clients there? I got offer from both during college recruiting and ultimately went with EY because I liked the people better, but YMMV.
