Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?

I lateralled into biglaw from a compliance job a couple of months ago because I was given a "too good to be true" opportunity (2 years out of law school), and I have regretted it ever since. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

👉Just ask for it. Really, you would be surprised. Might be easier to switch to a new company and ask. I did that 3 years into my career.

And 🛑 wasting your time at a company that under-values you severely. Sometimes switching companies every 2 years or so will allow you to keep raising the bar for yourself.

Hi all, I interned at IBM Cloud this past summer and had an overall very positive experience. I’ve received an offer from IBM consulting to come in as an Associate Offering Manager. The offer is 77k base + 10k signing bonus. From my point of view, this is a strong offer, but not quite what I was aiming for.
