I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Hi team, thanks for joining lets grow together.
I love dogs. The answer to this bowl is always: me.
Larsen & Toubro Infotech Is it good time to join Cognizant now for Coimbatore location considering too much attrition in recent times along with many policy changes and do they have enough projects or will there be any chance of layoffs if we don't find any projects for our skill(Tableau in my case)? I have another offer with LTI, Coimbatore for same salary but i prefer CTS more than LNT. Cognizant Larsen & Toubro Infotech

IMO moving for anything less than 20% raise in base is foolish... you’ll get 5-8% if you’re a strong performer by staying and keep the stability of your network...
Why so caught up in compensation? Seems like both jobs will afford you a very similar lifestyle. The question is: which job is the one you want to get out of bed for every day? Enjoyment (or lack there of) will make a much bigger difference on your life than 15k (8 after tax)
SF? I hope you’re making $5B/year to afford that!
Agree with SM1. Need more than 10% to jump.
Sounds great to me. Not sure how so many people here think you can get it all outside of Consulting - if you can get higher pay with fewer hours / better work life balance, why would anyone stay?
Negotiated up.. at 18% salray bump and 30% bonus plus 20k sign on bonus..
They are making it hard to say no
Are you making a lot now?
I currently live in bay area too.. so location wise it is ok.
I make an average for an M2 at big4..
Hmm.. interesting.
I thought.. moving to industry can sometime move lower base.. so surprised by your comments that need 10%+
You will be stuck there for a while.
Growth speed, D1
Is the company mature? I'd care less about eq, but if it is growing that's where the action is vs. salary and bonus...
Reporting to chief of staff doesn’t sound conducive to a great career path
@A2-fair point. It is not a very clear differentiatir in terms of enjoyment.. consulting had it's positives.. and I hope this new job will have some too. Though, more longer term view.. vs 2-4month project basis.
@D2-why would being in high visibility of CSO an CEO be conducive??
Op - if you don’t take that job, wanna refer me? Everyone saying don’t go for less than $x is crazy talk. If the opportunity, quality of life, growth potential, culture, etc is better, then go. Being consumed by a couple thousand dollars is a horrible way to think about your career.
