Deloitte Accenture India Tata Consultancy Oracle Cognizant Capgemini
I am Offered 29.5fixed by PwC for SA (L2). Currently on 25fixed. Should I join ? In terms of WLB.! My current employer on fishbowl shows Deloitte but have left Deloitte a year back. Currently in a firm with good WLB but PWFH is a big win for me that PwC is offering.
Any guidance or fist hand experience sharing is highly appreciated.

anyone looking to case today?
I had an interview with @cognizant all rounds done with HR AND Salary negotiation, after that I sent an email to them related to my offer status. However, they replied me as, we have kept you on hold etc.
And now @cognizant hr called me 3 times for job opening, and I have told them my offer is on hold. Now, they have scheduled interview. Is it for same or new. It's really confusing for me.
If they release old offer what we have discussed or they will interview me again

That salary difference is too significant to worry about anything else.
Deloitte
Deloitte is a perennial market leader in the space. The culture is awesome, and when we compete with them they get the sexiest part of the deal. I think the value differential in your salary affirms the above statements. Even from exit ops prestige leadership it's all Deloitte. Yes I seem grumpy but after one too many dd you get burned out especially when everything is IT DD.
This is a dumb question
Thanks P5, I am still inclined to accept the DC offer. More money, more prestige, better work and better quality people to work with!
203 base for mgr seems v high
Yeah but not only IT DD - DDV breathes ITDD it's their bread and butter. It's painfully boring.
EY. P1 why deloitte? Are you in DDV?
Core M&A carries more prestige than DDV, even within PwC. For less work and more pay. Can't comment on Del S &O, but if the role specs are closer to M&A and strategy, as opposed to post deal optimization, id take del any day!
Haven't you posted about this many times? Lol
You'll have a much more enjoyable experience w PWC, inc quality of life. I do M&A and know both teams well.
Agree with A1. No brainer here
In DDV - go to Deloitte.
What's wrong with IT DD? Doesn't Deloitte also do IT DD?
Ddv sucks - all executional shit
IPS = industrial products and services and DDV is your competency. P6 I'm not sure about prestige but I think if you find the right partner you can get some amazing support. Agreed some are just terrible but for the most part support has been there just the work is boring and it's important that OP realizes it's not as beautiful and high impact as it may appear. Important - make sure you really really like your team. Especially in DDV you will work countless hours with them.
Where are you now?
IT DD is done out deloitte technology, not S&O, so you'll never be staffed on it (although you may work with some IT DD people on a few deals, as they may be a parallel work stream).
Dumb question - DC
Sounds like pwc is a crappy as EY lol, thanks all!
