Compensation-related topics are not good questions for a final round interview. You should still be selling yourself at this point. Wait until you have an offer in hand before asking something like this

D1 is incorrect, we have a part time reimbursement called NTAP which is up to 10k per year.

I’m doing my final round interviews with Strategy& PEVC group for Senior Manager role. They mentioned it would be a case interview. Any idea what to expect? Is it like post MBA case interview where you are asked to build a framework, shown a ton of charts etc etc?

Basic 401k question - If I contribute x% of salary to max 19k limit. What happened in case contribution goes above 19k.Will employer does calculations and deduct only remaining portion in last payroll

Accepted an offer for a MM in FDD, but my current employer is offering 15k to stay, and will transfer me to the service line I desire (I have it in writing). Base is 10k more, and benefits and exits better at B4. Any reason not to stay? Not looking forward to reneging but seems like an easy decision

Thoughts on Cornell Metro NY EMBA for Tech Entrepreneurship? Why is this top Ivy-league school not talked about much in MBA forums? I spoke to some really quality Alums who loved the program. Their hybrid approach with one week residential classes at their suburban flagship campus Ithaca, and weekend classes at Cornell Tech in NYC sounds very appealing for Tech freaks like me at least.

I’m new to investing and putting money aside for retirement. I started putting money into my 401k for the past 2 years (though I may need to increase the amount since it’s half the IRS limit). I looked into a Roth IRA but I don’t qualify- where else can I put my money? I have emergency funds already covered. Thanks.

What certifications are good for technical project manager? I was thinking to start with PSM and PSPO and then move to ITIL, ITSM. Not sure about this though. Not planning to do PMP as I think it’s more waterfall focused. Was also thinking about AWS. Any other certifications recommended?

What is your opinion on GARP financial Risk Manager (FRM) certificate? I am considering taking it (as I am FS Risk Consulting), but I am not sure if it really carries benefits. Apparently it is quite a tough study. Is it worth the time or should I invest my time elsewhere? Also do you have learning material you are willing to share :D?
