Hi-I have 120K in cash in HYSA. After keeping emergency fund aside. Still have 75-80K available that I plan to invest. After 401k, HSA, IRA and monthly expenses: we are left with 6K every month. So investing 12K every month in market. My worry is with that rate - it will take us 12-14 months to move the extra 75-80K mentioned above. However do not want to make a bulk move. I just got an offer from a smaller startup who are giving me a 20% increase over what I’m currently getting, but they are unlikely to be publicly listed anytime soon.

Should I take the offer and potentially lose out on vesting £50k+ (pre-stocks) worth of options?

I’ve been practicing in both big law (many yrs ago) and now in-house for over 10 years. Quite often I struggle because I don’t find work fulfilling.
