Do companies like Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan actually go through their hirevue video interviews? I read somewhere that it’s nearly impossible for hirevue interviews to get noticed because they’re scanned by AIs really critically.
In that case, How can I make my application stand out if I decide to apply to firms that use hirevue and have over 2000 applicants applying for the same role?
