I have a weird question
I have given interviews in JPMorgan Chase for developer role and got the offer which is gud but interviews were not as tough as one might have expected from a reputed firm like jpmc.
Had 1 tech,1 tech-Manager round , Hire view test which was quite easy and an hr round.
Am a little worried about the standard of project and the team. I have offer from CIB Payments team. Checked with hiring manager and he said d role is for developer. Just worried abt quality of work
Currently a Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems.
I am interviewing at and considering making a jump to Oracle as a Specialist Solutions Consultant.
The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.
Thoughts?

I was admitted in R1. I thought my interview was average. I didn’t totally bomb it but I didn’t think it was anything special.

Yup, think I felt similarly
Same I did my interview early Feb and have spent every single day after to think about HBS. I have asked for more work to make myself busy during the day but then I dream about HBS during night. For god’s sake this is going to last another month until the release day 😳
For sure Pal - knock on wood, tho knowing this is going to be one of the longest waits of our lives lol
I was also admitted in R1. Spent a long time stressing and thinking about the interview. I came out of it thinking I did really well, but than a few days later I thought I did badly- and kept switching back and forth lol.
I would say as long as you didn’t ‘fail’, you have a good shot (and it would more be dependent on your overall profile rather than interview performance). As a general tip I also wouldn’t think about it at all. Try to keep yourself busy, hang out with friends, the hard part is done
Hope to see you later this year! Keep us posted

Hello
Coach
I thought mine went well based on how my interviewer responded to my answers
How’d it go?
