Do people still get hung up on prestige? Went to a no name school (not even in the top 100), made it into consulting, made it to the third round at McKinsey, and have an interview w/ a VC fund.

I’m applying for a Fundraising manager position and have gone through 4 previous rounds of interviews. It looks promising. I have a “final” interview with the CEO on Friday. I’ve already answered all questions about my past experiences in previous interviews. What should I be prepared for in this interview ?

However while concluding second round the interviewer told I will be having client round too. Can somebody assist whats the process , will there be client round after negotiation ?? I was informed that I have cleared all rounds with CITI and was asked to share documents on 21st April. Post that received couple of calls from recruiter to apply on some job link and just basic discussion about current CTC and expected CTC, etc. Neither had a proper salary discussion nor received any update on offer letter yet... Can someone let me know how much time does it take for salary discussion and to receive offer letter post document submission with CITI?

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.
