Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon

We pretty much look down on anyone who isn't "above" us; employed or not.
D1 - I wish you could be more empathetic
I would, but I have to maintain my D look. Jkjk all jokes aside. I personally would only question it if the person was unemployed for an extended duration of time. In nowadays market, one can literally be out of a job and find something new in less than 2 weeks. Especially given that most companies give notice before laying off their employees, why hasn't this person able to do so? From that point of view it's hard to say with absolutely certainty that you aren't being judged. I would say it comes down to the specific interviewer and how the interviewee tells his/her story.
I was expecting D1s answer. I think it's good news, OP. They will barely consider anyone's qualifications, because they are so in love with the way their noses look.
