Do we get allowance for home office - Desk, chair, printer etc? EY

Has anyone moved states and changed their home office / region? (Personal choice not project driven)....If so, what's the process? What approvals are needed?

Does anybody have good electric standing desk recommendations? Ideally in the $200-300 range.

1099 or w-2 ? I have been given the option though the company prefers w-2. It’s a day rate booking couple of months or more (no end date). I already have 1099 from similar company this year and am leaning towards 1099, but I don’t want to be difficult. I do take home office deduction and they are not supplying any equipment. Suggestions?

When I was hired, I don't recall being informed about my salary being tied to my location. My employment contract also only makes one mention of location, and says "home office" and my state. I was recently told by HR though that if I move, my comp. will be lower. Is this legal? Should I consult a labor lawyer?

In my mind, I don't recall being told this and it's not clear from my employment contract, so I feel like they're breaking our agreement, and it feels unfair.

I’m mid 30s F. Recently started seeing this guy, where he is “good enough”. Good conversations, decent time together, he has a good heart, but nothing about him shines. - not fit (I work out everyday and play sports), meh social skills (he doesn’t have best friends, just few he hangs out with), bit less energy than me.

What is the best way to structure a discovery call for SaaS sales? e.g. share a deck, only focus on their use case (current state, goals, pain, etc.), share a story, etc. Lastly, how do you go further than surface level, like if they mention they are having issues with xyz, which is usually a symptom of the problem and not the problem itself. I am so sick and fed up with some of the older clients at my job. I know it's my responsibility to take care of them, but they're just so sexist sometimes.

Looking for some advice on a couple of offers I have.

The first offer is for an Account Executive position at a smaller company with a base of $50k and another $20k in OTE.

The second offer is for a BDR position at a larger and faster growing company with a base of $60k and another $20k in OTE. Also some stock options but they aren’t public yet.
