Do y'all check the box on applications where it asks if you're Black or African American? I didn't and I swear I went to this interview today and I could tell the woman didn't think I was Black before she met me lmao. Eyebrows hit her hairline but I'll give it to her she kept it professional. Do you think we're less likely to get the position if we check the box? Or more likely with all these new "diversity initiatives"?
