TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

There are two types of trust issues. There are definitely a few nurses under my supervision that I do not trust as much as others to handle more complex assignments. There's only one that I do not personally trust because I know she is a backstabbing gossip who is not above making things up just to enhance a story. All of my nurses know they can trust me to (a) provide helpful guidance, (b) personal advice and (c) swift but constructive criticism whenever any of those things are needed.
We have one nurse on staff with us who is definitely not trustworthy. I have personally caught her in lies and have heard her talking about others and trying to start issues between staff. She is definitely a toxic team member and most of the staff keep their distance from her. At least the word is out so people are pretty careful when working with her.
