After joining cts, I was mapped to a good project, before it started was mapped to a different one
Here I'm working with bug fixes and enhancement of legacy apps java 7, I really don't like it And as I don't know anyone upclose not feeling comfortable at work, feels like I'm judged for everything I do

I am a CFE and Certified Technology Business Management Executive (CTBME) with an MBA and am scheduled to take AUD of CPA on May 13th. Am I barking up the wrong career tree to try to exchange an extensive and diverse career into what appears to be specialization within public? I really enjoy project work as the monthly grind has worn very, very thin. Opinions?

I want to switch role as an AWS developer. But I have just learnt the things on my own in AWS. In interview I am asked questions based on real scenarios on which I am not having any experience.

Any suggestions? Even if I do hands on on services like Linux academy or quiklabs, it would not help.
(AWS cloud migration experience one can get if worked on a real project). Please help.

Hi friends, last week only I joined to CitiusTech.
To get a project I attended 2 interviews in 2 different projects. I didn't clear the interview.

Actually the problem is I'm a manual tester I worked in automation tools ( but that's all is codeless tools. We worked using record run mode or keyword scripting)

Here they are expecting High.. javascript, selenium, coding.. but I'm unable to ans their questions. Now what to do? If I don't clear the interviews then what will happen?

Our firm has a flexible work from home policy for attorneys only. I’m in a small office and I feel guilty working from home when our paralegals cannot. One of our paralegals started just before the pandemic and feels entitled to work from home to the point where she threatens to leave over it. I don’t agree with the policy being 100% limited to attorneys but I want to work from home!

Need some advice: I am planning to buy a house. Me and husband we both work in downtown and have a 4 year old. We have stayed in sandy springs for 3 years now and have loved the place. But the school in sandy springs are not good. What will be the best place to buy house now that we are working remotely anyways. Should I look for good new construction with backyard near dunwoody Roswell or should I look for good school district house near Alpharetta, John creeks and Cummings.

Having 2+ yrs exp. I joined on 2aug then they called me regarding project I didn't know that we received many calls for assigning project . I took that project but now I am regretting my decision because that is not development project . I have't started working on that till now but they have assigned me account and project in portal . Can I change it now or can they release me after 2-3 months ?

When talking with the HR recruiter about compensation before my first interview, she mentioned a base figure and OTE. The OTE meets my expectation but base doesn’t.

I was promoted to manager in Jan but received an offer with a 35% salary increase and much cheaper health insurance outside the firm. I am 85% sure I’ll take the offer, but wanted to see if anyone could think of acting I may be missing out on by leaving? FYI my inflation increase was larger than my promotion increase and my student loan payments also were stopped since I’m no longer an SA. I think what is holding me back is my guilt for my immediate team but just want to check.
