I think most of us are just capable of standing. Lol
What a skill lol
Get an anti-fatigue mat especially if you are standing on a hard surface.
I second this
About a year ago I started getting massages. It took multiple sessions but I can physically stand up straighter today than I have been able to in the last 2 or 3 years. If you've had back pain for a long time, just standing more or stretching may not be enough
See a chiro or PT for some alignment help?
I did a few sessions of physical therapy, they helped set up exercise plan for the weak muscles that needed to bulk up in order for me to fix my posture. Essentially after years of bad posture, some muscles were overwhelmed and caused pain, while others got weak and can’t support proper posture anymore.
a standing desk isnt going to help with back problems - look up Stuart McGill and do the "Big 3"
Get some exercise in, standing desk alone won’t help
Stand with a wider stance so you don’t lean to one side?
Chiropractor 100%. I use to go long time ago. Quit for a few years and started back just before thanksgiving. Took a few weeks to a month to start noticing the difference as I knew it would but gosh it is amazing. Should have never stopped going 🤦🏼♀️
