Does a WFH/remote jobs really exist? I don’t want to travel again but having a hard time finding jobs locally or remote roles without taking a huge pay cut..

Has anyone used a hotel in New Delhi (Indra Gandhi) airport while in transit? How was your experience? Are you stuck to the confines of the hotel or can you leave the premises? When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.
