Does anyone else use CCH Axcess for corporate returns? This is the most garbage software and customer service support I have ever received (and this is my 4th tax software).

never thought i’d miss the days of using one source (or corp tax for that matter) 😭

I like axcess for 1040s, and its ok for 1065s. Supposed to be terrible for corps (esp consolidated returns)

like

cch is not good for fed consolidated and combinrd states

My team just switched to Gosystems and I hate it. I like CCH but mostly do partnerships. I agree it’s terrible for consolidation.

like

It’s the only software I’ve ever used. It does consolidations and combined returns just fine but takes time to figure it out.

like

Can you train someone who struggles getting consols to flow properly 🤣🤣

I do primarily consolidated corps, can confirm CCH is garbage. Switched one client to onesource this year to test and it seemed to go pretty well

helpful

Everyone despises corptax, until they have to use anything else.

I enjoy working on consolidated corp returns and CCH axcess works just fine for me. There are some quirks you have to figure out but it seems like that’s with every software I’ve used.
