Mindtree culture is detoriating day by day . No clarity on hike and appraisal even though mail have been sent regarding this since Dec 2021 . Disgusting HR head practice who joined from CTS . How come they don't abide by what they communicate and keep silence without any update for delay .
Shameful . Feeling Disappointed. Has joined this company 11 months back with hopes for longer and fruitful association but will resign soon . Pathetic company Mindtree

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

Vision 2020 for EY is rarely brought up anymore by leadership as it was a strategic plan with out of touch lofty ambitions. I drank the kool-aid till reality set in. Now I just want to be paid at a competitive rate.
I have been here almost a decade as well. It is different than when i started and surely is not as collaborative. It is still a great firm but the teaming culture and focus on the right projects has changed to all about dollars and bodies. As a result we are losing great people.
Yes! In the time I've been here the firm has gone from an incredibly collaborative and coaching based culture to cut throat revenue pursuit that precariously balances on deteriorating delivery because people are over worked, not motivated/rewarded, nor happy.
I've only been here for two years but I've heard that a lot. Also have seen a lot of great people leave, especially in the last few months
The pay sucks more and more each year, i'm looking for jobs who pay more.
It is SM1. But with that said, a focus on unrealistic goals has changed the fabric of the firm. And we as leadership need to figure out how to course correct because long term it will impact is as we will continue to lose good ppl.
The best people typically leave because they get poached constantly (shitty people leave too because they suck). Healthy sales leads to healthy teaming. Shit sales leads to feast or famine. Each year you come more and more informed of the inner workings and the more I know the more I don't want to deal with that BS.
SM1: you might be the reason why good people leave. Glad you're enjoying it though.
I'd say I'm more concerned about the depth of my bench.

Don't let these people scare you. Been with EY just south of 10 years and the culture is the same. Sounds like a bunch of low performers who can't hang.
Personal thought...came to EY for the people and teaming culture - partnership is better IMHO. Pretty much have had it beaten out of me with the disastrously implemented PAS team + crappy engagement SMs (the external hires especially). A lot of happy talk and leadership head in sand mentality.
Ya the irony of it all is that everyone is fighting for a dollar when if different groups played nice we could get ten. That's always going to be an issue but has definitely seemed to have gotten worse the last few years
I've been at EY for 4.5years and I agree Vision 2020 has been slowly but surely destroying the culture of the firm. Yes there will always be turnover in any consulting company, but at least try to keep your top performers since they're the ones who have the easiest path to say peace out this culture blows.
Yep, couldn't agree more. Firm has gotten worse each year I've been here.
Make sure you negotiate, K1 - the band is huge..And everyone has the same expectations of you, regardless of salary. I'm sure it's generally similar..Just good to have the reminder.
When your strategy to grow is reliant on acquisitions and not organic growth, culture changes. I've only been around 5 years and it's a different firm, culture wise, than when I joined. Not sure how this can be overlooked if you're paying attention..At all.
My feeling is that, at least for TAS, it's significantly more collaborative within the SL. We are definitely going to market more across the SSLs and I think overall it's been better for everyone.
Can't even grow your career fast anymore.
Why whats wrong with 2020?
