Resume question I've had three positions over my career one of which lasted 3 months and that I got fired from, the job search took an additional 2 months. Is it worth it to leave the 3 month stint off my resume? It might be easier to explain getting fired then a 5-month gap I was thinking

I made a couple errors at a new job. An important document to be distributed had wrong information on it, which was proofread by 2 other people. Then a couple of typos in emails, the person micromanaging me told me to send out but I didn’t fix the errors. Failed to meet a deadline but completed 95%. I was written up over all this last week, fired this week. There’s a lot more to this but I think it’s because the DM doesn’t like me.

What are your thoughts on the Scrum Master role? I’ve worked with a few now and out of 5 of them, only 1 seemed to be of any help. I’m have a new theory about why juniors always feel like idiots and wanted to see if anyone else thinks this makes sense. I’m a third year, and am the most junior person all of my teams (generally me, a senior or two, and a partner or two), and I always feel like I’m messing something up. Is this just because I never get to work with other juniors and don’t see the mistakes they make, and that it’s relatively normal? And FWIW I went to HYS and I’ve had a clerkship so it’s not like I’m not smart
