Does anyone get extreme anxiety during lulls or periods of not having much work at work? My anxiety constantly tells me I’ll be fired if I’m not busy at work all the time. How do you deal with that?

I've never worked on anything for TikTok and hope I never have to. TikTok is from hell. I was on it one time for about 10 minutes and could feel myself becoming mentally unwell in just those 10 minutes. The human brain is not designed to deal with the sheer amount of sensory overload that app gives you. I'm pretty sure TikTok is one of the main reasons we are constantly hearing about how much Gen Z struggles with mental health.

This job feels like it’s killing me slowly. Physically, spiritually, emotionally. Working to stay positive and opportunistic. Anyone willing to share solutions? I want to be productive and positive.
