Keep the Christ in Christmas!!!
If you take away all the main social aspects of commercialism, gifting and reduce it to celebrating a birthday… Christmas really isn’t celebrated for that which you say.. It’s more about companies selling goods to people that can’t really afford to pay for them.
Why can’t you just call it a holiday party? It covers everything..Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, New Years, etc. Most people don’t want to go to work parties, let alone care what it’s for.

It’s always been a Holiday Party for all of the firms I’ve worked for… there’s no need to make it complicated…
Absolutely not! If you’re offended by a word, that is the other person’s problem, not mine. People need to stop being overly sensitive and feeling victimized by their first world problems!

Haha
Say Merry Christmas! If they don’t celebrate they should ignore. Simple as that. Ridiculous that crystal generation or woke movement is offended by that
Some people of a certain religious proclivity are incredibly self centered.
Which group?
I’m happy holidays and holiday breaks now. I think it’s inflated how many people really care, but I’d just as soon avoid it altogether.
I just say Happy Holidays. I don’t think anyone cares but it’s just easier this way.
And there in lies part of the problem!!
No i will say Merry Christmas and I will also recognize other religious holidays.....enough
Just call them holiday parties and say happy holidays. Be respectful of other religions
Sure thing. I never said I was offended btw. And if it was actually Xmas day and I knew the person celebrated, I would tell them merry Christmas. But when you’re talking about a random day in December or a work party in Dec, you should say holidays because there’s not just Xmas. Happy Hanukkah y’all.
