Does anyone have any insight into partners retiring early? I am at a point where I need to consider leaving if I am not aiming for partner. I don’t see myself working past my 40s. I’m a senior at a mid tier and been working about 70-75 hours for last 3 weeks on a SEC client. Now I roll off to a new job but the manager wants me to come back and help out the team more.
