Does everyone at Facebook and Google get refreshers annually? Currently interviewing at one for a non-technical role and was curious. I know comp will be lower than for engineers, just want to confirm eligibility

Yes.

Depends on the stock performance. They usually have a comp target for you and if your preexisting RSU amount will hit that target due to the stock price rising then you may not get additional stocks. That said there's usually a cost of living increase to keep up with inflation

Yes.

Yes.

What is the approximate range for refreshers at Facebook?

General question, and I suspect the answer is no. Are there any employment or exec comp-related jobs in the entertainment industry? Or, are there any law firms purely focused on entertainment that have a comp/employment/benefits group? I’m at a large firm with a lot of high profile artists, but I’d like to narrow my practice down to entertainment.

Hi folks,

If a person resigns on April month when yearly reviews are going to happen and bonus are being sent out.
So, can he get the performance bonus because he served the last whole year with dedication?

It would be helpful if managers can answer this because they are the people who approves or decline this request.

Need advice! I accepted an offer mid Oct and just found out my new company opened a new role above me at the title I was asking for originally but was told I would move up when they were ready to build out the team. I am over qualified for my role now and already meet the exp of the new role above me. Very salty and feel like they are setting me up to feel stuck before I even start. What do I did?

Hey everyone - I am trying to get an entry level position in cyber / info security. Got my BS Cyber and Info Security in 2021. Have 5+ YoE in IT Support. Based in Chicago. Anyone willing to provide a referral or share advice on how to get in? I am applying daily on LinkedIn and Indeed but barely getting interviews. Appreciate any help.

I am planning to move to San Jose and looking out for salary range offered to audit seniors. I am in the middle of my CPA and just need to pass one more paper. Also I have audit senior experience with EY as contractor for 5 months and 3 years of Audit Senior experience with a mid size audit firm based in houston. Since San Jose is overly priced, I would like to get an estimate that how much EY offers in that location.
