Job recommendations for someone enjoying TAS (FDD) work, but doesn't want to be as into the weeds/details on the Company's accounting?

Is it just me or does it seem like everyone in FDD is in for the long long haul? I remember in audit everyone would talk about quitting or how they're only going to do audit for a few years to get experience and then leave. I'm not really seeing the same in TS. Just my observation.
