Does it look bad to refuse an exit interview?

Hi Guys,

I am about to join OFss but i have not received any mail regarding my DOJ yet during interviews I gave me probable date of joining as 16 th August is this normal I have officially not received any mail regarding my DOJ or anything after OL .I confirm my hiring Manager but said he will start the process I am trying to reach him since Friday via mail and call no response wat should I expect at this situation.

I got rejected for upper management position at Protiviti. Is that a bad thing?

DTC - fad or future? I interviewed the CEO of Lively the other day (undies dtc) and she suggested it’s just a catch all term that will age out in a few years.

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. Hi community, humbly seeking professional HR advice. I recently joined my company’s HR team. In an informal conversation, a senior HRBP, considered a peer, called 2 of our fellow HR colleagues “worthless.” I should have rebuked her then & there but was so caught off guard. This person is 20 years my senior. In the same conversation this person advocated for me on a separate matter & complimented my performance. I am not sure what course of action to take at this time. Distraught & unsure.

The son of the owner where I work has been coming to work with a gun showing it off to people. He got into an arguement, put his hands on another employee and threatened to put a 9 bullet in his head. I suspended him and opened an investigation. The owner is mad and feels my case is biased and suspended me. He admitted guild and its not about what happened but why!
