Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

It really doesn’t matter when. I sort through applications based on keywords if there are an abundance of applications, and sometimes the people that rise to the top are people who were on the bottom of the pile, so to speak. That said, I usually look at the back end of the system with fresh eyes on Monday, so if you’re qualified, it doesn’t hurt to have your application be the first one I see when I log in.
If i add random keywords in size 1 font and white text, does that work? Also are you a creative recruiter?
Definitely no issues submitting applications on a weekend. It’s not a black hole. If you’re reaching out via email though, try to do it around 8-9am on a weekday so it’s at the top of their inbox when they start their day and doesn’t get buried overnight or on the weekend.
It’s not a black hole anymore. The demand is so high that agencies have actually been checking job apps recently.
That is great to keep in mind now. Thank you.
