I don’t believe so. Though I would think that was discussed prior to receiving an offer?
If you don’t need sponsorship and can get the i9 verification cleared, KPMG doesn’t mind
How do I get the i9?

You should get on the *phone* with the recruiter to talk about your situation immediately. I do not work with/for KPMG and cannot speak for their policies, but at many companies if you say no but don’t have sponsorship sorted before day 1, they will resend the offer. Anything can happen that can slow down the process. Additionally, your family green card will have a two year renewal date on it the first time I think, and that sometimes freaks people out if they aren’t familiar with the process. After that you get the ten year renewal cards.
If you are in the US and have applied for a job the indicates “KPMG will not sponsor now or in the future for this job” then you are NOT eligible if you are a student on OPT, even if it’s for an internship. Your offer will end up being rescinded before you start.
