Does pwc count parental leave against you as far as utilization goes? I know pto is counted against (as in, is not taken out of your denominator), but wasn’t sure about parental leave.

I was promoted to SC in Aug 2020, and milestone year shows 2024 (4 years).

Is this normal I thought SC-M was 3 years and 2 for an early promo.
