600 a year

My last company had a premium reduction incentive for health insurance if we participated in a health program. It required a quarterly report that logged the hours we spent in the fitness center and weight loss info. I participated for a few years, but eventually decided it was too much time and work for the small reduction. I guess every little bit helps, but I determined my kids needed my attention more than my belly bulge.

No but they offer at home fitness program free

No, but that would be nice.

My company does not reimburse us but I think that it is really cool that you get that benefit. I honestly wish my company would reimburse us for fitness.

So they’re like the cause of all your stress, back pain anxiety and then they’re gonna give you $100 a quarter if you go exercise?

HAHAHAHAHAHH this is honestly the realeast comment I have seen. This is SOOOOO true though.

There’s no excuse that by the age of 25 you have never tried therapy. I’m speaking directly to the demographic in this group who I’m sure over 95% of people in here are earning 6 figures. Key word: TRY. I understand it’s not for everyone but to have never even attempted seeking therapy is a injustice to yourself and the people around you.

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments
