If you draw a salary, we are paid out unused PTO up to 120 hours… no carryover…
Personally I never believed in the whole carryover process… you carryover 40 hours that need to be used by March 15th… then you carryover another 40 hours the following year… so your essentially using the PTO that you have been allocated… it only makes sense to carryover if you have something major planned the following year that requires an extra week of PTO… just my personal belief…
We aren’t allowed to carry over- use it or lose it
Hi, 5 day carry over into the next year and you lose any unused.
It should be changed to only carry over 5 days then. We have a use-or-lose-it, and that’s more than enough motivation to take my days.
We are only allowed to carry over 5 days. If you have additional unused then you lose it.
