How are people managing visa stamping outside of the US ?

Could you please help with the below queries related to Australia onsite:
1. What is the salary (In AUD) for Australia onsite ( Work visa TSS 482, Role C3A)?
2. Does it depend on current CTC or any other factor?
3. Can it be negotiated?
4. Do we receive Indian salary along with onsite salary?
5. Will our indian salary remains same once the onsite ends and we return to India?
6. What happens to the TCS medical insurance for parents if they stay in India?
