Employer said if you want to go full remote (any US location) or partial remote, the pay cut is between -2 to -5% and if you start coming full-time in-office pay raise would be +15% for VHCOL area / +5% HCOL.
I earn 95k @ VHCOL while being partial remote. What should I do? Anyone else experiencing the push to go back in-person?

Been at the same company for years and, while seeing several promotions, only average 10k increase/year. Worth staying the course or jumping ship? Thanks in advance
