Directors, whats your base? How much was bonus?
Jackie is developing her yoga practice

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Bonus here is not as high as Deloitte, but I’ll take a higher base every day
Honestly the bonus is probably less than that on average. No idea if they’ll bust through a “cap” but if they were gonna, this year is the year.
High base is usually a recipe for average bonus regardless of performance. The sum of two can’t exceed the max comp of a position and that max comp number isn’t published. Expect bonus in the 8-10% range for a high performer in that level.
Bonuses were consistently higher at Deloitte but 30% is a decent bump. Any chance uncle D will match? Could also get a signing bonus from K.
