Hi Guys,
I have joined Ofss 1 week back and on second day itself I was allocated to project and onboarding WIP I received mail stating to report back to office 3 days per week under hybrid work model policy. Is this compulsory my base location is 2600 km from my current location as I am joining the citi project its seems difficult for me to grasp things though I have only 1 yr of prior exp by I think my team is expecting a lot so moving to new city and learning at same time is not possible .

MBB. Stay two years and if you don't like it exit into industry as a Director / Sr. Director. Would take you 4-6 if you went straight to industry.
You're not exiting after two years in the post MBA role to Senior Director. Probably not even Director unless you get promoted to EM quickly.
Mentor
If you don't have an MBA, take MBB. If you do, and your work experience is relevant for tech or financial services exits, keep looking, as you could find a better paid exit. That other exit would be better for your level progression, pride and WLB than MBB.
If you are totally unsure about what to do, pick MBB. You can always become a moderately paid corporate manager later.
Wait MBB ASC pay more than Big 4 manager?
Coach
I was at 280 TC as manager - usually you won’t find B4 matching MBB unless in the strategy horizontal. I am shocked that a manager at EYP makes less than an associate ... I assume not from legacy Parthenon before the rebrand?
Are you at EY-P? If so you’re stepping down a level and making less at MBB asc level. Unless you plan to stay for 4 ish years, not sure how that would make sense.
Unless you’re at regular B4 then it’s a no brainer
I concur( with the caveat that COVID year is tough)
Thus my initial question
