External recruiter put me in touch with an agency 11 months ago. It didn't pan out but word is they're hiring again. Do I approach through the inhouse or 3rd party recruiter?

Currently in Saas sales for MDM and AV, but I'm getting tired of the sales side and constant budget chase. Probably also because we get few leads and I have to do a lot of building pipeline from scratch. Hi all, I was curious about companies that have their own in-house advertising. I’m in digital media, specifically, SEM and potentially looking to leave the agency side. Primarily due to low pay, and management issues. Given this, any company recs that have a solid foundation with digital media? Any advice from people who’ve been on both the agency and branded side?
