Hi! I currently work as a senior consultant but my client (a major bank) has made it clear they would be interested in hiring me full time into a product role (VP). If I want to eventually exit to a major tech company or small start up more aligned to my values (interested in health tech) but stay as a PM — is it better to exit now into this role or stay as a consultant? Im in my second year of being a Site Manager, in total control of all operations on site. Got my raise for the year, 5%. Everybody in the business got a raise of 5%, from the bottom to the top. Next review is due July 2023. Can’t help but feel my raise should have reflected me being one year more experienced. Im a high performer so I’m annoyed that I’m still on 2-3k per year less than my job is advertised at by recruiters. Is it worth having a moan/chat for the sake of 2-3k per annum????

Trying to figure out holidays with extended family. My husband and I have young kids on the east coast. His sister and her husband live on the opposite coast. We have lived in the same city as my in-laws for the last 10 years, so it always made sense for my sister-in-law to fly back here to visit. Now in-laws are in Chicago.
