Hi Everyone
Do anyone know how much bonus does Tavisca gives to its employees who joins lets say in July, I heard its 10% above ctc, but is it always the same or can increase/decrease??
PS : I have joined in july and wanted to calculate my ctc including bonus or any incentive.
Any help would be appreaciated... Thanks

Utilization rate this time of year?
EY recruiting is such a mess. Applied and did a pre-recorded video interview, heard nothing for like 3 weeks. Then I get a random call saying they liked me and would I be available to attend an interview the following day. I say yes but never receive an email or additional details. Call back the number and it goes to voicemail. The following week I get a rejection email. Just so frustrating EY

@PwC2, I don't know where you are in Charlotte, but I find the frat bros to be a lot more troubling than the NASCAR folks. There are annoying folks in every cliche group of people, so no use in knocking NASCAR folks that are literally nowhere to be found unless you actually work on one of the teams
Two completely different cities
How are we getting anywhere close to ATL level traffic? Haven't seen it
We are nowhere near Atlanta level. I’ve worked in both cities.
I’ve heard similar things about PwC like EY2’s comment up top, i’ve heard PwC Charlotte is a chill office with people that care about each other and the importance of a work life balance. It’s a growing market too. Just be ready for NASCAR culture(rednecks) throughout the city.
PwC 2 most of the people who work in the city proper are banker/fratty type if anything. I don’t ever notice Charlotte has anything NASCAR related unless someone from out of town mentions that Charlotte has the nascar hall of fame which is true, but just one building. Head out of the city and maybe it’s another story/more rural just like everywhere else
Ok, so what are the major differences aside from the population size and the resulting pace?
I'm in the Charlotte office and it's AWESOME! No joke. We have very smart, driven people. However, the whole office has a feeling of family. We all look out for each other and we're very collaborative. I'm sure there's an outlier or two out there, but I haven't seen it. We've had a lot of people who come down here from the NYC office and they want to stay.
Sounds awesome, EY2! How’s traffic during rush hours?
Charlotte is busting at the seams. Awesome spot, but traffic blows.
PwC1, Can’t be worse than in NYC 😂
Definitely not worse but with all the growth here we’re getting dangerously close to ATL level
Oh yeah, ATL is pretty bad.
Greenville here. It’s a neat small city. Has pretty much all of the same things CLT has other than an NFL team. We get a lot of big names at our concert venue. Traffic much better than CLT but no public transit worth mentioning. Office pace/culture depends on which group you are with. FSO works their asses off, like in every other city. SER seems more steady through out the year. No clue about the auditors because I never see them. Curious why you ask. Looking for a move? I’d be willing to bet if you pinged one of us, we’d talk to you.
EY3, yes, I am in the process of moving to either of these offices. I’ve lived in the Carolinas, Greenville specifically, for a long time before. Just trying to decide which office would fit me better 😉
Awesome, welcome home! In FSO, Gville & CLT work very closely so you make friends in both cities. I love my teams. Both groups are very young and growing.
EY3, thank you ☺️ I’m FSO Tax too
Interesting :) I’d ping a few folks in both offices. We’re a pretty open and welcoming bunch.
Thanks guys, I appreciate your responses!
