Currently 31 with 6.5 YOE and single . Should have NW of 250k by end of this year. (No significant assets in India). Bought a 300k end unit townhouse in Atlanta, 14 months ago with 10% down (3.65% interest rate). Prices in subdivision have been increasing over that period.
