I am getting a offer of 21 lpa(10% var) from Capgemini while my current CTC in Accenture is 16 LPA( 10% var). Capgemini is giving me C2 band(Manager) while in Accenture I am two levels below Manager. I am having offer from Optum, Mphasis Bitwise Inc.
optum is providing X lpa , Bitwise X+3.5 lpa and mphasis X+4.5 Lpa all are fixed. May i know which is better to join ?
Optum has not released offer letter yet as discussion was going on with hr to provide X+2 LPA fixed and she agreed on that but later she said she will not able to provide more than X and if you interested than only we will release offer letter. So may i know in the last week before joining will they renegotiate?

Hey All, I am facing weird issue in TCS Ibegin portal. Whenevr I upload docs it says "Pending for verification" Which is valid. But the very next day few docs go missing and the status changes to "Yet to be uploaded" It's been happening for last 3 days with me. Not sure if anyone else faced this issue. Tata Consultancy

Not EY—so take it for what you want. Why they believe they are under market (hard facts, not opinions or beliefs or rumors), and hard facts about their performance that demonstrate it is superior. And, most importantly, they have to be willing to leave over their dissatisfaction. If you are really worth it in the eyes of management we will act to prevent your departure. If you aren’t we won’t. And given where the economy is headed, I’d think a lot about the timing and whether it’s in my best interest to have this conversation right now.
Thank you MD1. These are great tips. I believe I do have a case to present hard facts as well as industry research , and the fact that my peers who were hired in the same class are paid more than me. Really don’t want to leave EY but the fact that I’m underpaid even to my peers is a strong blow. Trying to see if they can adjust and if not, I’m going to have to leave.
