Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. Hi I just got an offer from Sopra Steria India and there is a loyalty allowance mentioned in CTC.
Do they give 100% of that loyalty allowance annually or they give a part of it annually?

After a long interview process, I had to decline an offer from Amazon. I was really excited, but they wanted to start me as an L4. I already have offers on the table $15,000 more then the possible top compensation an L4 can get.

Makes me sad. Has anyone else been real excited about a possible job and have been low balled?
