Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

Need suggestion. Got an offer with a product company A through referrel with just 70% hike. They initially told me to not look for any offer as it is a referral.

My Redfin agent recently quit with one day notice to start his own firm. He was the one behind my deal and did a lot of work and help with negotiation. However Redfin called me and said they put their top regional lead on transaction which is set to close in 10 days. I’m conflicted with what to do. I initially thought TC was 199k, but it’s actually 180k. Should I say something like “I was expecting 220. Is there anything you can do like a sign on bonus/raise base a bit to help get to 220?” To see if they can bump it up a bit?
