FDD Senior Manager

RSM NJ / Philadelphia office is trying to poach and offer me a Senior manager role in their FDD practice. I currently work with EY FDD at Toronto. Not opposed to moving but work life and culture are very important. Please be kind and give me a salary range to negotiate - I am assuming it will be at least $200k.

1. How is the work life balance? Currently at EY it's not too bad. Work about 8-9 hrs
2. How are the people? Probably won't be as nice as the folks up North

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021.
