Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Federal Contracting or consulting are clear exits. If you have an active clearance even better. Maybe check out Booz Allen - they do a lot of veteran hiring
MOS? Clearance? TS is worth gold. Finding a way to leverage that experience effectively in your resume is critical. Unless you want to do cyber or tech stuff, PMP is sufficient.
Hell yea, good. That’ll be great for DOD clients, esp if Ranger tabbed they’ll love it.
Service Members always want to become PMs…
Need to learn about the LCAT system. Without being able to check those boxes not much else matters
“Learn the LCAT system” is an odd suggestion. LCATs are different on every vehicle and “learning” 80% of how they work and how to think about them takes about 10 minutes.
Being a PM is so much more than that one aspect of contract management. Failure modes for former combat arms NCO PMs are often leadership style (stereotypical, but true) and content related (don’t know the technical details and don’t dive in). Some of my best PMs came through this route, though, and it’s very do-able.
You made SM in 10 years?! Congrats to that accomplishment
Like Deloitte 1 said, federal consulting. Look into Booz Allen, we have loads of careers for individuals like yourself. Happy to refer you if you find a job you like.
Look and apply early, they understand delegation and May workout a deal and hold a position for you if you are exiting within the next few months
SM - Service Member - no I didn’t make SGM / CSM. Lol (I’m a SSG) - if you have any leads.
I’m open to opportunities! I have my Resume and CL handy. Thanks in advance sorry for the confusion
If you want I can refer you to a Project Manager position. We’re a Federal IT consulting company and we prefer to hire veterans
