For PwC fishes who left recently, how did you consolidate wealth builder into 401k within benefits express to avoid the 20% federal tax withholding that was described in the benefits package? I tried to do this online but it didn’t show as an option except to rollover to an existing IRA or take a final distribution. Do I need to call benefits express?

Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, drink lots of water, and try to get outside for a walk once a day. Made a significant difference for me.
Edit: Also sleep. 7+ hours if you can. This will probably make the biggest difference.
This ^! Currently working on the CPA as well. Burn all of your nervous energy during a workout and get to studying. Not having the exams done puts you more at risk of losing your job or not finding another.
Serenity to accept what you can’t change (corona, layoffs), courage to change what you can ( studying, doing a good job at work), and wisdom to know the difference!
Ngl, prior to taking the cpa exam, I had a massive workload and could not find the time. I spoke to a psychiatrist and told him I had trouble focusing. They prescribed me adderall which helped me get through the cpa exam. Not saying this is the way but it certainly helped me.
I find myself in the same boat and have thought about whether Adderall would be something right for me. How did that conversation go with the psychiatrist if you don’t mind me asking?
I was having a lot of the same anxiety and stress that you mentioned above. I stopped studying and decided to finish my online masters. I am being productive and I’m learning. The workload of an online masters + 45 hours a week is more manageable and less stressful for me right now. I will have my Masters Degree in January 2021 and then I’ll reevaluate. Hopefully things will be a little more normal in six months. But honestly. Who knows....
Look if something bad happens it will happen. No need to get your mind into it already happened.
