Hey all - 2 years in consulting so far as a fairly "type b" personality - relaxed, uncompetitive, enjoy socializing with my colleagues. To be clear, this is not the same as being lazy or irresponsible - I am diligent and do my work well.

I’m have a new theory about why juniors always feel like idiots and wanted to see if anyone else thinks this makes sense. I’m a third year, and am the most junior person all of my teams (generally me, a senior or two, and a partner or two), and I always feel like I’m messing something up. Is this just because I never get to work with other juniors and don’t see the mistakes they make, and that it’s relatively normal? And FWIW I went to HYS and I’ve had a clerkship so it’s not like I’m not smart

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

The job description makes it sound like they are the same project. However, Business Analyst does have more requirements/qualifications listed than Researcher. I’m coming from industry (3 YOE). I’ve heard it’s important to include metrics on your resume. Being in Account Management do you see value and include campaign performance for projects you managed that were successful that your proud of on your resume?
