Fish, how are H1B transfer opportunities looking like these days? Anyone able to make a successful transition recently? I have seen folks in my network take up new roles but majority are in Big 4 and mid tier consulting. But outside that, the job market looks horribly bleak. Anyone able to get into industry roles?

Just sharing! Landed in offer at AWS over five weeks ago and still waiting on a visa transfer update from US CIS. So many work updates from other folks in these five weeks moving in and out while I am unable to share an update with my folks or celebrate in anticipation of the final approval of the petition. Trying to stay calm and collected, but sometimes it takes a toll

For H1B stamping, while there are many cases of admin processing, which take 2-4 months, have there been any cases of Denial after that or do most cases come out of admin processing with approval?
