Fishes investing in mutual funds - How many funds do you invest in? My portfolio currently has 5 funds...Should I consider trimming it to say 3?

Are consultants at MBB allowed to trade individual stocks? Or are they limited to mutual funds only? For example, can someone at McKinsey buy AAPL?

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am set to pay off my college loans by next year and, when I do, I want to look into investing into real estate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get into/learn more about real estate investing? Or how I can have enough knowledge on the topic to be able to invest wisely when the time comes?

I have joined one of big3 consulting. Everything is good here except the fact that company is calling employees back to base location. I feel like I should resign and search for permanent remote role because my presence at my home town with my family is more important right now due to ill health of parents..
