Do you typically apply to jobs that you have are missing some of the qualifications for? For example: Is it acceptable to apply for jobs where you have 70% of the qualifications? Where is the % threshold of not getting considered?

I am having 8.7 YOE JAVA Backend developer and having offer from Nagarro now.
So I wanted to know about the BGV process, like what docs they ask like docs from all of the past employers ?
And do they ask after joining or before joining ?
As I dont have exp letter from my 1st company (with 1.6 yoe) which was a small startup.
It was a absconding case so couldnt get any exp letter but I do have payslips, bank statements, appointment letter & last appraisal letter from that company.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. Hi all, I interned at IBM Cloud this past summer and had an overall very positive experience. I’ve received an offer from IBM consulting to come in as an Associate Offering Manager. The offer is 77k base + 10k signing bonus. From my point of view, this is a strong offer, but not quite what I was aiming for.
