For folks who worked/lived in a foreign country, why did you leave your country? What are the benefits of working globally career-wise? Would you recommend doing it to a consultant at the early stage of his/her career?

Generally curious how many companies offer phone reimbursement? My last gig did not but the current one does. Legally it seems, all employers are required to do so if we use our phone in literally any capacity (video call, slack, teams, emails etc). How prevalent is the issue of not reimbursing phone dues?

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client. But, I am aligned to the “Operations” capability and make the least of my teammates who perform seemingly identical work but are aligned to “Strategy and Consulting.” I worry I’m on a career path to being paid the least wherever I go, because Operations is in my title and background.

I’m a 23yo female legal assistant working/living in Canada. I am completing my BA in hopes of continuing with law school after. General Question I started tuition reimbursement last year in August. I since have an interview with another job that is paying a lot more.
